Depends what attack type you're using..

If you're doing bandos, you want good defense bonus, such as torags, but if you are with a large group, rune would do.

I wouldn't suggest doing anything else except bandos because every other god you would need to range and i'd reccomend 80+ range for any success.

Torags? i'd suggest something more along the lines of:

Verac/Torag Helmet
Karil/D'hide Top
Verac Plateskirt
Whip
Obby Shield
Dragon/Rune Boots
Best gloves you can use
Best cape (fire/skill/obby)
Ring (Life? Maybe, since you'v never been before)

nah use range and p pots or sup restores i guess and monk up karils top verac helm guthan skirt like a range tank
