Introduction

Welcome to my guide. The reason I'm writing this is because I have got scammed many times, and I really don't want innocent people to get scammed too (i'm just a big hero aren't i?). This guide will show you how to transfer pins SCAM free and SAFE using money, OR RSGP. All the pins being transfered on the forum are PBP or SMS, as said by the rules.

Dictionary

MM - Middle Man, fair party who ensures a fair trade
Chargeback - explained later, anti scam method.
WU - Western Union, a form of transfering money.
RSGP - Runescape Gold Pieces
PBP - A pay by phone pin
SMS - A pay by text message pin

Money Guide

Paypal:

This is the easiest one. First, you need an official MM, someone who is highly trusted by both parties of the trade. The buyer will send him the money, and chargeback, and send again. A chargeback is when you open a dispute to get your money back, once you have gotten it, and you send it again, you won't be able to chargeback again. After the MM has gotten the money, he will inform the seller. The seller will send the pin to the MM. The MM will then give the pin to the buyer, and the money to the seller (doing the chargeback with the seller).

Western Union:

Same thing as Paypal, except if you are using an MM, he must be willing to use WU and do the transfering, as it takes some time. The only difference is there is no chargeback this time.

Cash/Cheque:

I recommend you do NOT use this, as it is VERY easy to get scammed, and dangerous. The buyer sends the money to the the home address of the seller. After the seller has received it, he will then give the buyer the pin. It is possible to use a MM for this, but it is VERY time consuming.

RSGP

Bounty Hunter Method:

Note: Get full profits, dangerous, recommended done in f2p

Lets say the buyer is paying for the pin with 2m RSGP. He will go to the GE and purchase an item as close to 2m as possible (the item must be a combat item, able to go into BH). The buyer then gets food, and heads into BH. As soon as he's in, he will take a screenshot, and log out. He then sends the screenshot to the seller. Based on the picture, the seller (who is wearing armor and has food) will go to where the screen shot was taken. Buyer will log back in. Seller kills, gets item, sells at GE, and exchanges pin. This can be done with an MM by the buyer transfering the item to the MM before the seller.

Note: This is safe, effective, lose some money, p2p required.
