Making a phisher alone is not that hard. I bet both you and I can both make a uber-pwnage one, better than all the phishers in the world combine.
Its basically a simple mail() function in PHP. But, that hard thing is making it "sound" and "look" real and official. Besides that, nothing is hard about it. But thanks for the share though.
