Go to the runescape homepage, click on cancel a subscription, log into the character, if the account does have a credit card active it will show it, if it doesnt it will show the last time it was used. so make sure u ask how members was bought, what type, and when.
To know if the guy has recov go on runescape homepage click on recover a lost password write the name of the acc if it says recov1 recov 2... it doesnt have recov if it says when were u born... it has recov
