Ok First, Download these.

Ok, now, install the fake webcam (first link).
Then Download the second link. Extract the .rar and follow these instructions.
Move the patch.exe file to the folder you installed fake webcam. Double click patch.exe, and then click
"Patch".

Now, find a video of a girl teasing (not naked). I suggest you use FireFox's VideoDownloader to get a video from YouTube.

Once you have the video download, open up your fake webcam. Click Control Panel and then add file.
Then add your file to the fake cam. You can press the play button and then the video camera button to view it.

Now go to www.chat-avenue.com(I just chose this because it is the best one that worked for me), have its name be a normal girl name. And you’re ready.

Now to get the pin

Go to any room. And then type in something like this.
"Giving Live Shows for people in UK! Cost 50p! Pay by mobile!"
Spam it around, and eventually you'll get some pms.

They usually say something like....

“I want a show!"
Or
“How?"
And
"I'll buy it"
They may ask more things; however, these are the more common ones.

If they say something like "I want to buy !"

You reply to them

"Are you from the UK, or US?" Note: Most on there are from US, this means you have to change your pay method to UK instead of US on the payment screen on RuneScape.com

Now,

"What number will you be calling from?" - When they answer, log in to the Pay by SMS, and type in the number they say.

Now,

"Text message RS to 82023(for UK) or 64337 (for US) and you'll get a pin code, give that pin code to me and I'll give you my e-mail" Sometimes, they send you the pin code.

However, sometimes you'll have to give them a "show" preview, use you're camera and meet them in a room, (msn or in the chat). And use you're fake webcam to show them you're video you downloaded earlier.

Most People do it though.
