as much as i can almost 24/7

Time you can dedicate to the server alone? INCLUDING UPDATING IT!

I can dedicate about 8 hours a day and maybe more, i could also update it.

What do you have that makes you qualified as a GM?

Im nice i listen to alot of requests. I help out new people and help resolve problems. Also i have experience as a GM from 4 other servers. RD Realm for instance.(its gone btw)I also had my own server at one time.

Why do you want to be a GM?

I will help with alot of problems in the server.
I could help fix bugs, fix player problems, answer in game tickets as soon as i can, prevent hackers as much as i can, 
and make sure no one cheats at anything (especially events)  

What will you do as GM?

Help new people find things, like if they want to go to outlands ill tell them.
I could help maintain the server by updating it when it needs one.
I would also fix bugged characters as fast as i can.(death bug, cant respawn)
Ive seen alot of dead people at the arena and there are usually no GMs on to revive them and i would be on almost all day to help them with that. Also i saw in the bug section that someone was abusing a bug; i would stop this immediately either by banning them or kicking them. (If i was allowed to ban him)

What are some ideas of improvements you have in mind?[2 Ideas]

Fix the trainers to reset talents.
Fix Bugged Deaths.
Put Spirit Healer in center of STV Arena
Make option on the site for rezz. INFO: If you are bugged and cannot respawn and the healers wont work you can go to the site click the button to revive your character, you would have to type in your character name and choose where you want to be ported.

My opinion would be this:
Firstly, This application is pretty good, you've filled out the required fields. It just lacks the enthusiasm.
Secondly, I can see you have some great ideas and you're eager to help already. That's a good thing.
Thirdly, I think, stick with the sever for a week or 2 and you'll be better off. You can edit this application once it's been a week or, when you think your ready again.
