Actually that rule would confuse me too.

Staff members are, to my understanding, here to help and moderate users on the forums; should normal users not aspire to being helpful to others?

I agree with having a rule against staff impersonation but I don't think that I would agree with the wording or implications of this rule.

basically stuff like

"dont flame"
"lock this thread"
"stop spamming"

basically anything a mod can do that members cant(infractions/lock threads/etc)

See thats one of the few things i dislike about this, I think members should be allowed to ask others to keep to the rules. But in dong so you would break a rule which isnt entirely Fair imho.

Aspects this is a pointless thread its jsut spam thread should be locked and you should be ifnracted!

thats back seat modding =D


The main reason i posted was not that point though is it a crime to try and help 2 other memebrs to resolve an issue without having to get a mod involved?
