I was going to request that the Off-Topic section be moved up, since that will probably be one of Trik's stronger sections. Also with the decline of Runescape forums I think it would be smart to allow the general discussion and intellectual talk be moved upward. I feel it should be moved directly under the Market section.
Also, since I already created one suggestion, I think we should remove the shoutbox until activity is restored. |

Ok, so the shoutbox stays. But I think moving the Off-Topic section would do the forums some good. If you join the forums and see an interesting topic on your way to the market it could induce post count.
