Make the text more visible, I can hardly read it (My first sig had the same problem, as you can see from the pink sig). A little more brush effects would help, try playing around with the lighting effects. I'd need to know what program you used before rating it.

Read some tuts. I dont agree with people saying that you need to bring out text more. I personally am not a fan of text other than to symbolize its your tag. The render you chose looks very choppy. I like how you used the camo background but over all the effects are lacking.

Good start. What I did when I started out with GFX, I watched tutorials on youtube. Helped me a great deal and quick. Good first signature though!

That's not bad for a first sig 8/10. I would recommend making the size of the sig smaller in height and making the text more visible.
