Hello and welcome to another one of my guides. In this guide i will show you in my opinon a good way to get prayer xp and combat xp.
Monster: Fire Giant(s)
Location(s): Baxtorian Falls, Wilderness (Members), Kharidian desert dungeon, and Brimhaven dungeon.
Difficulty: Medium/High
Members: Yes
First here is what id recommend for a long stay at the Fire Giants:
Armor:
1. Full Guthan
2. D square
3. Rune boots
4. Combat braclet
5. Whip
6. D Scimmy
7. Glory ammy
8. Any Skill cape or Obby/Fire Cape
Items needed:
1. Any woodcutting axe
2. Chisel
3. About 8 spaces of food (Lobsters, Sharks, Monks, etc...)
4. 875 or more gp for the entrance to the dungeon.
Now the Chisel is for when they drop a gem of any sort so you can cut it and drop it. I dont recommend keeping any gem accept Diamonds and maybe Rubies. Id just drop any other gem.
Go to Brimheaven and head West till you get to the House Portal and then head south west until you get to the Dungeon as shown above. Pay Saniboch (Hes right outside the dungeon) and then enter the door.
Once in there walk down the stairs and cut the vines in you path. Then take the North Western Path and cross the stones.
Once you cross there just continue south past the Moss Giants and past the stairs. then your at the Fire Giants. Now there is also level 64 dogs down there that will get very annoying so try to stay away from them.
hese are good xp because they got 111 Hp and give you 591 xp if you fight on anything but Controlled and 590 if you fight Controlled. and then they drop big bones for better Prayer xp and thats were the Prayer comes in , in a little bit.
For people who can not afford Guthan and a Dragon Square. Heres what i think you should take:
1. Full Rune or any better armor
2. Glory ammy
3. Cooking guanlets
4. Stat boosting boots
5. Obby Cape
6. Any Dragon weapon or at the least a Rune Scimmy
7. and if you have it a Rune Defender instead of a Rune kite or Square
Ok soo this is why i made you leave soo many spaces in your invontory. once you get full on Big Bones. Run out of the dungeon and go to yours or any other player made house with a guilded alter and use them on the alter. They give you 4x's the exp if you do them there. Or it would be easier to run over to Moss Giant Island and kill them were you can get more and damaged as much, but for the good exp in combat go to the Fire Giants. Also with your Guthan the only reason Dog are good down here is when your not hitting well on the Fire Giants and then you can just hit them for the Hp. Thants why your so close to the House teleporter, you can just pop out of the dungeon and run there for a second to get good prayer xp. tongue.gif
This has worked for me for a little while now and is going to continue until about level 100 then i need to find a better way. So i think more people should know. But this is just my opinon. Fire Giants have decent drops too. and you can make some decent money off of them if your lucky.

* Adamant platebody
* Blood rune (5)
* Chaos rune (5-

* Chaos talisman
* Coins (15-3000)
* Curved bone
* Death rune (45)
* Dragon med helm
* Dragon spear (extremely rare)
* Dragonstone
* Fire battlestaff
* Fire rune (37-300)
* Half of a key (loop)
* Half of a key (teeth)
* Herb
* Law rune (2-45)
* Lobster
* Long bone
* Mithril sq shield
* Nature rune (67)
* Nature talisman

* Uncut sapphire
And alot of other stuff, but these are the most common drops. And most of the drops are coins and Herbs and i get Ranarr Herbs very often so thats good i guess. But you got to remember that if you do get low on health when your fighting these to go kill either a Moss Giant or a Dog. I would recommend the dogs because they really dont hit you that often. These Monster are not actually all that hard, they do get a good get in on you every now and again. I get hit with an 11 occasionally and then i just whip out my Guthan Spear and there i got hit a 20 and get Hp back laugh.gif. I would recommend that you train on these or at least the Moss Giants from level 75-100 because they give you great xp and really fast just like everyone needs.
Even though you may be a lower level if you got good prayer then you can take these guys on with ease. But the LOWEST i would recommend you fight these would be 65. Any lower and I think you would get killed. Also i would like to add in that if you are a pure (Range or Mage) that there is no place over there to hide behind so you can get hit, so unless your Defence is good so that yu can take the hits while your down there, dont pure down there you might not do so well, but if your really good---go ahead. But there is places you can hide behind over at the Moss Giants but then im pretty sure you cant attack the Fire Giants from over there, your character will just run over to them. In my opinon these aer one of the best monster to train on for a while. Ive been a player of Runescape for 2 and a Half years and these are what have really gotten me some good money and good exp. I trained on these from level 80-93 in about 2 months so there is good places to train and good places to train are often hard to find sometimes. You often just keep going back the the same old boring place but to me, this place could never get boring. But also beware there is another path over were these giants are and they lead to the Metal Dragons (I belive) and they are dangerous if you don go prepared to fight them and if you bring what i told you to bring----then your not prepared enough to go and fight them. Fire Giants have a weakness and it is Stabbing attacks and Water spells.
overall Fira Giants are good monsters to train on. In a servey of 15 random people (All in which requested that there named not be posted) say that they are a good monster to train on. i know 15 people is not alot of people to ask but it is just on a small scale. Remember that these monster shouldnt bve taken lightly if you are not and experienced player of Runescape, they care/are dangerous and can/will kill yoyu if your not careful.
