►My account was stolen/wiped of items, what can I do now?
The majority of these issues come from players using same account information from other Helbreath servers and or sharing accounts. Never make your Username the same as your Char name. Never share accounts or items. Do not use account information you have used in the past. Make sure your password and secret questions/answers are complex. If you follow these steps, you wont have to worry about thiefs. If you are legitmatley inconcern and have not used cheats/sharing, post with detailed information such as time(s) and ip(s).

►I am getting connection lost whenever I try to login.
Dont log off with over 1000 stat points left to use for your stats, you will need GM assistance to reset your stat points to fix this issue, or you can delete your char and rebuild him. Also when your adding your player stats do not go over 80ish or youll get negatives.

►My weapon's wont turn into Oxy.
Make sure the item is a stated item, equip it and upgrade it while not releasing it from your hands.

►What are majestics?
Majestic points are given to you every level after you reach the max level. For example you just have to kill monsters as if you were leveling to gain a majestic point. These points can be used to upgrade weapons, change factions or adjust your stats. To upgrade weapons click your bag and then goto upgrade.

►I added the wrong stats, what now?
Pressing F5 ingame then going to your Level Set area will allow you to adjust your current stats. Remember that holding crtl when adding stats will make it adjust 10 at a time instead of 1. Make sure if you have any type of rare magic spell that you dont remove INT or when asking a GM make sure you inform them of this, otherwise your rare magic spell will be lost.

►How do I get those new spells?
Mass Blizzard, Energy Shock Wave and Call of the Gods are all Hero reward items which are listed in each towns CH NPC.

►How do I get 100% skills?
Type /getskilled ingame and all your skills will be set to one hundred.

►Can I trade item(s) back in for BP/EK?
Unfortunatley at this time we are not allowing this, we are considering it so look for it in the future.

►I got an Angel but I cannot see it ?
You will need to delete/uninstall your entire Helbreath folder/files and then re-download the entire game. This happens because you have some files that differ from ours.

►I had a zem but dropped item(s)?
We have a 10% chance to drop an item even with a zemstone in your bag. Rumor has it if you drop a zem then pick it up it may help.

►How do I add a guild master to my current guild?
Type /addmaster charname. Be careful when adding guildmaster as for they can disband the guild as well.

►What should I hunt to get good items?
The majority of good items will come from Helclaws,Tigerworms,Wyverns and Abaddons. Collecting ball points also contributes.

►I busted someone laming eks/cheating what should I do?
Take screenshots and post on the forums with as many details as you can. Also check to see if an admin is online ingame by typing /admins.

►How can I tell how many elvine and aresden players are online?
Typing /who will display online by towns and /online displays the total online all together.

►Does Physical Absorption on shoes/boots/capes work?
Physical Absorption is an effect where when you get hit, it reduces damage. Since shoes/boots and capes dont take ednurance loss when struck PA on them do not work.

►Lag when a lot of monsters/players on screen.
This is probably because you have a dual-core or quad-core processor. Helbreath somtimes has issues dealing with the new technology. Disabling other cores for Helbreath will fix it.

1. Right click on a empty spot on your start-area and open the Task Manager.
2. In the task manager, select the Processes tab.
3. From that list, locate the helgame.exe process and right click it.
4. Select the option Set Affinity.
5. Remove the checkmark for ALL CPU X except for CPU0.

* Windows will not save this setting, each time you load helbreath you will have to repeat the steps.

►Windows Vista issues.
Vista introduces a new feature called “Receive Window Auto-Tuning�. What it does is to adjust the receive windows size continually based upon the changing network conditions. Disabling Auto Tuning, then enabling it, and then disabling it again has been known to help some issues. Also look into compatibility mode.

►How can I view the Ball Trade in game?
Once you are logged in, press F1 will bring up the in game help menu which listed more information than just the Ball Trade.
