kinger , for enchatment skills ; u need to enchant 300 sucess than u could lvl up to next lvl .. its way too high and u dont got 100% sucess rate .
maybe u could lower it down ? Another thing , im lvl 5 now and mobs give me max 40 exp , u mind increasing e exp we gain ? make it high rate ^_^ Oh and , lvl up points is still 1 points.. |

you still get the 1 skill xp for attempting to improve it
