This is how you embedd a youtube video

First your going to need a youtube video. Once you find your
youtube video get the link. Your link should look somthing
like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lj3xZijK8Os

Now what your going to do is "strip" the url. So just get
the end for example on the above url it would be
Lj3xZijK8Os. Taking off the http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=

Now for the tags. The tags are [yt] so you would use
Code:

[yt]Lj3xZijK8Os

Be sure to close the last tag though. I didn't close it
because it will embed the video within the code.
So now you are done and should have somthing like below:
