1.Spawn a whip and armour

2.Ive found an easy way to train. Go to low train area until stats are at all att str and def stats are at 15

3. Then go talk to the mysterious old man in the pub and train on the imp until 20

3. once there now train on the pyrefiend next to it.

5. every 15 to 20 lvls change to a different type of monsters until you are about 70 in each stat then go to dragons

nice guide, you should also add a warning that you can be pkd at the dragons too, also maybe add a safe spot for players to train, slayer is good for training too as you are training your cb stats and slayer at the same time

yea he does, there are a mixture of types and levels there
