Instead of using Customer Support referring to jagex, we must say Bot Support. Jagex has banned many accounts for the false reasons, due to their 'perfect' bots. We can never get a clean answer from them, it's always the same reply, and I am getting sick of this. We, as runescape members, pay 6 dollars a month, and we don't receive everything to the fullest extent. I pay 6 dollars a month, and when I send in customer support appeal, they send me a bot with the false information - they basically ask me to answer the questions. It's ridiculous and jagex must hold the end of the bargain. I do hope in the future, Jagex will elect more staff and answer our appeals/questions' with sincere and honest replies.

You can email jagex at something like billingsuppourt@jagex.com something like that and they answer most questions i email bombed them twice lmao
