Just wanted to suggest some custom sprites to make the server more unique. I noticed that some of the shield sprites were not finished (only have sprites for front-facing).

There must be some artistic guys on this server. I'm quite patient when it comes to pixel art, but heres just a simple recolour n PSP, (no changes) to Ares Hero M, that i did in a few minutes:

if anyone wants the .pak for it, just ask ._. i dont want to post it up incase people thing im trying to keylog them lol!

it is fully coloured on all angles for each piece. Armour dyes work well with it since they only colour the Yellow parts but keep the black parts. I have coloured W as well. FYI I hate dyed hero armour, it ruins the original :x .

I'm going to try some custom drawn sprites sometime next week when I'm a little less busy

worth a shot. ive already altered the interior of CH and a new addon to it. next update will be some facial/gameplay fixes compared to new player items/etc.

well i just made a custom monster kind of. and i attempted to change all the hero armors but I dont think its worth it. since people will just dye to what they want and it will make all those color combinations differently looking.

kinger are u able to code in new sprite sets? because obviously the only way to add in new armours and such would be to overwrite existing ones right now.

i guess that wud be ok for un-used stuff (like leather armour) but if u want to extend the range of armours then d have to code it in (im guessing its hardcoded like the NPCs).

plus it would help if the dimensions were slightly bigger (e.g large spikes doing down the back of an armour plate) because its limited at the moment (depending on the armour you use)

note this isnt an official sprite pak, it will only only effect the look of YOUR client. obviously if kinger were to put sprites for download, everyone wud see them
