I think this is what he's asking.
In the Arcade when you get a highscore, it's listed normally.
Some games in the Arcade are not based on highscores, rather the lowest score for that particular game is the winner.
So in all, that particular game he mentioned above, the lowest score should be ranked higher and the higer score should be ranked the least.
Example: The Memory Card games.
The goal is to achieve the least amount of pairs fliped that match and if your successful, you'll be ranked on the higher end of the scoreboard for that game.
In this arcade you can waste all day flipping cards that don't match and rack points up becuse it counts the number of pairs flipped and when you think you have some ungodly amount, then actually pair the cards up and sumbit score...congrats your ranked #1 when you should be ranked last.
I don't know if it's possible to change that around for a few particular games that need it but, I hope that cleared things up a bit.
