Default Clue Scroll Help I Saved From CheatSource.*** - 04-15-2008, 07:20 AM

level 1 clues

level 1 clues are "ok" if you are getting started or if you are looking for fast going clues

best droppers-in my opinion the best droppers actually dont "drop" clues they have to be pick pocketed yes im talking about the ham members

location- behind lumby castle in a dungeon there is a broken down looking building with a bunch of level 1 baby spiders all around you must picklock the dungeon door and go inside then follow the path till you get to the center were there are a bunch of ham members some of which can be pick pocketed just keep on doing this until you get a clue scroll dosent take to long and have ok rewards

some good rewards i have gotten from these-black(t) plate, black(g) legs, wizard boots, tons of runes

level 2 clues

level 2 clues are way better if you are trying to make some good money but remember these take a little bit longer to finish but note these have better rewards.

note-if you get a coordinate clue you must take the clue to the observatory that is south of ardy and ask the professor he will instruct you to get a chart, sextant, and watch the locations are as follows.

watch-go to the Clocktower (located South of Ardougne). Speak with brother Kojo and ask him for the watch.

sextant- go to the Khazard Docks (located Northeast of Yanille). Speak with Murphy and ask him for the sextant.

chart- watch and sextant, go back to the Professor and speak with him again. He will give you a long lesson in how to use the sextant. He will also give you a chart.

following the coordinates is a pain but thank god for fan sites the best place to get them would be tip.it>teasure trails>(top right)treasure locator then just plot in the coordinates they give u and follow the location

note- you must bring a spade, watch, chart, sextant, and clue scroll to the location given ones there dig with the spade and you will get a casket open the casket to get ether another clue or a reward if you are missing one of the items you will not be able to find the spot!

best droppers-guards yes normal guards level 21 guards

location-at the entrance of any major city but the best place to kill them is varrock castle.

good rewards i have gotten from these-addy(g) full helmet, ranger boots (best so far)

level 3 clues

level 3 clues- now we are playing with the big boys these clues take long to finish and get hard because they take you deep into the wilderness and in most coordinates a god will appear to attack you

coordinates-as in level 2 clues these will also give alot of coordinates and after you dig at the spot most of the time ether zammorak or saradomin will appear to attack you so bring alot of food heres what to do

zammorack-this one is very easy just pray protect from magic and finish him off

saradomin-this one is a meany he uses a dragon dagger super poisoned and saradomin s****e so if you protect from melee he will mage you if you protect from mage he will melee you lol my best strategy is to bring dragon hide armor and protect from melee and let him attack me with mage or also i bring a bow and far range him while protecting from mage

ones you have finished off the god just simple dig in the spot the coordinate gave you and you will get a casket just like in level 2 clues

uris emotion clues-these can be a very big pain because they ask you to wear a certain armor and ask you to do some kind of emotion when you are ready to do the emotion remember to only wear what the clue asks for then a level 108 will attack you if you are outside of the wilderness and a lvl 68 if you are in the wilderness you must do the emotion wearing what they ask but after you start to fight you can put on any armor you like i suggest rune armor because they just melee and well hit kinda hard so protect from melee

best dropper-hell hounds in my opinion

location-east of ardougne in a dungeon the way to get there is to start at the south bank of ardy and just go straight east until you see a dungeon entrance you would of have already been in here if you have done family crest quest if you havent done it then before you go inside to kill them you must first open the door follow this guide on how to open the door.

* Go to the North wall and pull that lever up.
* Back to the South room and pull that lever up.
* Back to the North wall and pull the lever down.
* Go inside the North room and pull that lever up.
* Go outside of the room and pull the lever on the North wall up.
* Go back to the South room and pull that lever down.
* Open the cage

after you get in the best way to kill them i would say is range them i will post some pictures to show the spots the links are at bottom of the thread they are bmp files

best thing i got from lvl 3 clues-well i got guthix legs, zammy kite, and also zammy vambs

inventory/gear

level 1 clues-just bring light weight clother like spottier capes and boots of lightness and bring runes alot of teleport runes since clues can lead any were also bring money since traveling on boats is a possibility

level 2 clues-bring the same as level 1 only weight reducing armor and for these you must bring spade, sextant, chart, watch, and clue at all times! bring some food just incase they send you to some dangerous places and a bunch of tele runes to all teleports also enchante teleportation jewelery will come good at times like

rings of dualing
glorys
games neck
etc.

level 3 clues-these get hard and the best advice i can give you is always be prepared for anything also just like level 2 clues always carry the sextant, chart, watch, clue, and spade

out of wildy-bring food and armor anti poison is very useful since saradomin hits with a dds bringing arrows and d hide would be the best way

in wildy-bring just some arrows and a bow no d hide also bring food and if you are in deep wildy bring 1 pray restore potion and 1 energy restore pot if you get attacked by a player ether tele away or run and logg out.

Now that it's in the right section, I will comment on your guide. It's good but maybe you should go through it and correct grammar and spelling? It's a pain to read atm. Also colourize etc.
