yes mr works. mostly you'll notice the effects vs monsters as they have low hitting % to begin with.
to be effective vs player you'd need a 700% mr set(including that RM250 neck) so basically 5 pieces of 91 and a rm250 neck. and even that would only reduce the hitting % on you to around 50% assuming they dont use dk15 wand or any wand with hitting % bonus. but feel free to make me an offer on my kb. not saying i'll accept anything, but offer me nonethe less  Tav Archmage Eloquence Game Helper Game Master Black Guildmaster "Anybody can become angry - that is easy, but to be angry with the right person and to the right degree and at the right time and for the right purpose, and in the right way - that is not within everybody's power and is not easy." |
