Default Building a computer - 08-29-2007, 01:49 PM

First of all no useless chatting or flaming in this post.

Im tired of my piece of shit computer so ima build a new one. The reason for this post is so that i can get an idea on what hardware/software to buy for it. Dont need building tips cause i have a friend whos gonna help me with that. All i really need is to know what to buy for it. IE: motherboard, graphics card, sound card etc.

If u can post a price aswell. Im not super rich so dont just post the most expensive thing u can find. Wanna keep the price around $1000-1500 ish. just to keep in mind.

i cant really help u out with that but from what i know , try to get a c2d first . at least is cheaper than quad core.

for motherboard , get a one with 4 slots of RAM ; u never know when u gonna need it. Try to get one without onboard sound / graphic card . is because when u run on board sound . it takes up some memory and slows down ur comp thrus low fps.

Look around in google or any hardware/software website .. they have lots more information.
