well since soniclink made the rule of 20 posts required to use the blackmarket than i think you should remove that rule and just make the blackmarket hidden to members with less than 20 posts.

they have it visible however underneath it, it says like 20 posts or something to view this.

so the members know there is one however the actual threads are not visible.
