Nuc134r, i NEVER hit above 1600 with a KB, and I've never been hit for over 1k with a deva, most ive been hit for is like 800, so where you're getting that dmg, idk.

Kloness Blade because of the range and because it gets most of its damage from rep, which means that Kloness Axe is not that much better. However, I'm not sure how good it is with the new rep update.
