Assault-WoW :: Management & Crew
A hidden contrast of specific advantage that we take is how we manage our crew. Our brave beliefs force us to use unique method of crew management, we've created two main departments of our crew, Internal and External.
The Internal crew department includes members of our crew that take general position in the creation of our community, eg: owners, administrators, developers, sponsors, cooperators.
The External crew department includes members of our crew that take a maintaining position in our community, eg: game masters, ticket masters, event masters, forum moderators.
The contrast comes when we appear in review of the rules of managing the in-game support. We believe that our External crew members can do their obligations with more satisfaction to themselves and our players whilst they remain a part of the players group. Therefore we allow to our External crew to walk amongst players, so they can play, enjoy, satisfy and do their duties with a free interaction. This is also an advantage to the players, as they can also report us the unreliable staff members. We hope that this can highly increase the performance of game play in our community, for both, our crew and players!
Our crew includes ...
