In game:
GameMaster - that staff is responsible for carrying out your problems to higher staff if they cannot handle it. A game master will not refuse any help request, and will always be polite. Lead GM - He will be most likely monitoring staff in game if for some reason no one was spotted and you couldn't get the straight answer from GM report that to him he will take care of your problem.

Admin - If Admin is in game you can most likely direct your problem question to him as an admin he or she is obligated to answer and fix anything that's wrong with you, however please restrain from spamming an admin he will definitely get to you and he will definitely handle your situation. If an admin is not replying right away he might be dealing with a different situation because admins work both in forum and in game.
