Rule-12 is actually a RuneScape black market where you can buy and sell RuneScape/MechScape items, accounts, services, etc. It is also home to a huge amount of private servers, including Runescape, WoW, Pokemon, and custom games such as Empire! Getting Started:

You will start off in the Grand Exchange (non-wild). You are started off with 25M Spending XP. To use some of the XP, just do ::level lvlid XP. Level ID's are:

0 - Attack
1 - Defence
3 - HitPoints
4 - Range
5 - Prayer
6 - Magic

Once you are done with that, do ::starter and you will recieve a book along with 100M. Use it wisely and read the book for some tips. Teleport to pvp to fight players.
